I was very surprised at how well this combination worked out. Use a relatively sweet apple variety, such as Pink Lady or Empire, for the perfect contrast.

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Remove any inedible parts of the fruits such as stalks, pips and skin.
  2. Place in a blender and wizz until smooth.
