Nothing to do with nectarines – I always think the pulp or juice of apricots conjures up the word nectar more than most fruits.

• 2 bananas
• 4 apricots
• 10 tablespoons apricot or apple juice

1. Remove any inedible parts of the fruits such as stalks, pips and skin. Place in a blender and wizz until smooth.
