A wonderful contrast between the sweet bananas and the tangy blackcurrants. Use blackcurrants canned in natural juice if you don’t have any fresh ones. You can also substitute the apple juice for the juice in the blackcurrant tin if you’re using tinned blackcurrants.

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Remove any inedible parts of the fruits such as stalks, pips and skin.
  2. Place in a blender and wizz until smooth.
