Just as those fantastic Indian Mangoes are at the tail end of their season the raspberries come in – catch this divine combination if you can, otherwise use any good mango.

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Remove any inedible parts of the fruits such as stalks, pips and skin.
  2. Place in a blender and wizz until smooth.
