Lilac Tofu!

Just soak some tofu in a secret ingredient to get this lovely lilac shade.

Red cabbage 1/2
Tofu 1

Method

Cut the red cabbage into half and chop to large pieces. Boil in lots of water water for 5 minutes.

Drain the liquid into a bowl. Gently slide the tofu into the water while it's hot.

Gently turn the tofu occasionally to evenly soak it. Keep soaked for 2 hours. You'll get a lovely lilac tofu which is completely edible, the rest is up to you!
