Sweet Potato in a Honey Salad

Ingredients

Sweet potato 1
Your favourite salad leaves as much as you want
Honey as required
Pepper as required
Olive oil as required
Salt as required
Parmigiano reggiano as required

Method

Cut the sweet potato into bitesize pieces.

Microwave for 6 minutes.

Put some oil in a frying pan and add the sweet potato to fry.

Put your favourite salad leaves on a dish. Drizzle with olive oil and salt as you like.

Place the cooked sweet potatoes and drizzle with the honey and salt & pepper.

You can add grated cheese if you like. I added it after eating half, just to change the taste.
